Situata nel quartiere storico di Brera, proprio di fianco a uno dei suoi locali più caratteristici, El Tombon de San Marc, la Forchetta Verde fa della purezza e della semplicità il proprio marchio distintivo, aspetti perseguiti nel progetto sia nella definizione degli spazi e degli arredi sia nella scelta dei materiali e dei colori.
Il verde e il bianco degli arredi e delle pareti fanno da contrappeso ai colori caldi dei mattoni riportati a vista e delle travi in legno del soffitto, restituendo così i colori della natura in un unico ambiente.

Located in the historic district of Brera, right next to one of the most characteristic local of the city of Milan, El Tombon de Saint Marc, the Forchetta Verde is the purity and simplicity of its hallmark, aspects that have been pursued in the project both in definition of space and furniture and in the choice of materials and colors.
Green and white furniture and walls are the counterpart to the warm colors of the bricks shown on sight and wooden beams in the ceiling, thus returning the colors of nature in a unique environment.
